hvac hydraulic failure

The system is a retrofit, which was supplying chilled water to 3 floors. The system was redesigned to supply chilled water to 7 floors with vertical reverse return piping. On each floor 20 fan & coils are connected to the system. The pump was changed to match the required flow and pressure drop.
After running the pump we couldn't get any water circulation in the pipes.
Let me know for any solution.

Maybe the pump does not "match" the flow and pressure drop .
Maybe there is a ir bubble in the pipe , does it have a purge valve at the top.
If water does not flow , it is because the pump can not reach the pressure it need to make the water flow.
Do you have some drawing .

There is a purge valve at the top. We are changing the pump today and after if still the propblem will not recover i will send you the drawing. Please let me know your Email.
