Pl any one could help me!

work nature is : to produce metal blanks with precision 2 holes thick is 1.5 mm to 2 mm.

my problem is
* to improve the bore staightness,
* to improve the MTBG ( mean time between grinding )at present we are at 1000 kgs.
* to avoid blanking punch chip out and weld( metal pick up)

please state clearly..
material, sheet thickness, press tonage, attach cad drawing if possible, and total qty per week..
