Why don't you tell us what fluids you are using and the mechanism of the heat exchange and finally why you need to get the wall temperature. If you have an engineering background,you can read any decent book on heat transfer to cover your case. If this is not an academic problem and you have the proposed heat exchanger in mind, then you could get the information you need from the vendor.
