I am in the process of designing a heat exchange system to work in the petroleum industry. It will be a counter flow system and I am trying to calculate the heat transfer rate. Can anyone offer any links or advice on where to start?

Known:
Q=60 gal/min
Diff. in Temp.= 120F-40F=80F
V=2000 gallons
Pipe=3"steel
