Try and contact one of the manufacturers of GPS systems. I found more data about this than I could digest when I set up my seismic sensors and was trying to figure how to get an accurate time reference (GPS is a good one) to do the seismgraphing data logging on a computer. I know that doesn't sound like much help, but believe me there is plenty of information about this on the web. Not to advertise but Garmin is a good source.
