In mine factory ,the Rotary sand dryer sheel is expanding due to heat ( at 300 deg c). The sheel is constructed by weldment.

Due to heat the welding area cracked in all postion.

The shell thickness is 8mm plate ,and the matereial is EN3b equal to AISI 1012.

Let me know the grade of electrodes to use to avoid the crack in weldment area.
