I definitelly need a book that deal with LSA (local strain approach) method!!

A book that deals more with dynamic strain than static. [see::  Ramberg- Osgood,Masing,incremental step test,Wohler curves,Haigh,Smith -Watson -Topper,Manson -Coffin,material memory,Miner,Nueber,level crossing method,range pair method]

Hope there is something good in English, because I don't understand German very well...!
