To expand on my first reply, the allowable pressure for a given piping system is not a soley a function of the pressure rating of the fittings. It is also necessary to select the proper pipe wall thcikness. This web site has a pipe strength calculator that you could use for a preliminary rating of the pipe in question. The wall thickness used should be the nominal thickness less the total of the manufacturing tolerance, mechanical allowance, corrosion allowance, and erosion allowance. For a usable pipe rating you should use ASME B31.3, equation 3a or other recognized code.

Fitting pressure and temperature limits are found in the appropriate ANSI standard (i.e. ANSI B16.3 for malleable iron fittings, ANSI B16.5 for steel fittings). The best source for this information is the ANSI standard itself (expensive to purchase). I suggest you find someone who will loan you the appropriate standards, or that you contact your fitting suppliers and ask them for this information. Good luck
