Can you please give me some information about Aviation Vibration Analyzer-II such as how it works, what are the restrictions of using it, where it can be used etc.

I don't know the analzer- 11 you refer to but that information should be supplied be manufacter. For a short course on aircraft engine vibrations you can go to Aerolearn (serach the web) then sign-in (its free) and then find courses and under aircraft engines click on engine monitoring systems....
