i am pumping hot adhesive thru very tiny holes.  i have tempature and pressure restrictions that i have to stay within.  i have found that at the point where the adhesive squirts out of my tubes, many different things will change the distance that the adhesive will spray, without me changing the pressure or the tempature.  can someone out there help me?

thank you

Well, this is one of those times when we are talking about many, many different things that effect flow, viscosity, cohesion, fluid dynamics, and even aerodynamics. Not much will replace good old fashioned research and development. ... test it out until you have developed your own data.
