Pedro,I have a suggestion I'd like you to follow.Go to your local bearing house (store) and askfor a Browning gear catalog ( or catalogs). This will answer many questions about gears and has a very handy section in the back which will help tremendously in the design process.It will be quite informative, and you should enjoythe sections.Also, ask for a good bearing catalog (or catalogs),you should also find a good help section there.Most any commercial bearing supply will be happy to provide you with these books, and they will become an addition to your growing engineering library.-randy-
