Hi, I am trying to find the current of a system with the following specs: Voltage output: 100 volts Energy Output: 4 joules per line (two lines available) Impedance: under 1 Ohms What I have is basically a hand held windup generator with a postive line and negative line. After winding, you push the button and you get a pulsed current down the line (pulse is about 1/2 sec.). How can I calculate the current based on this info? Is it possible? And I cannot measure it since I do not have the apparatus. |

Wow - you can measure Joules but not Amps! Using the fact that 1 Watt = 1 J/s, and I = Watts/Volts,
Note that this is average current - depending on the dynamics of your machine, it is likely to be higher at the start, zero at the end. |
