sir i waned to find out why the tractor rim's central discs have cut edges and they have gaps with the crcular part(on which the tyre is mounted) with the bolts also why the direction of the tyre lugs is so. i thimnk if the tyres are mounted with lugs in the opposite direction then the tractor will gwt much more traction |

The holes in the wheels can be used to wrap the tires with chains. If a crack forms in a "spoke" it will not continue to the next spoke. The luggs in the rubber are turned the direction they are to clear the tread of mud as they dig in. It turned the other direction they will simply clog with thick sticky mud and effectivly become a "slick tire". The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
