Hi Gang, Would anybody have or know where to find or have an Acad library for plastic fittings (elbows, nipples etc..)? Preferably .dxf format. Thanks Marky |

Hummm, is there a good reason to start a library on Engineers Edge? We have started a downloads section /engineering/Engineering_Downloads/ Maybe a volunteer donated link for uplaods? Suggestions? |

a good, growing library of solid model objects that is down loadable in SolidWorks, A-CAD, IGES... yes that could be a powerful traffic draw and an excellent resource for the engineering world. There would have to be some criteria rules:
1. public domain - not patented - or copyrighted 2. legal international technology 3. good quality modeling 4. generic design 5. accruate per standard size (as in nuts and bolts) 6. what else?
