Is there a way to identify whether a specific material (i.e. UNS30300) is compliant to the EU directive "RoHS" without manually figuring based on known composition?

Maybe I did not designate this correctly. I tried to give the Unified National Standard designation for 303 stainless steel. We use this in our machine shop as a more machineable stainless than 304 s/s to make components that go into our assemblies. This is just an example I used.
I'm looking for an easy way to find out if a material (any material)is RoHS compliant without having to request thru the manufacturer.

RoHS is a restriction primarily on components with lead in it.
