theres a guy over here in the UK claims that he has 'invented' a wall mounted device that gives off a (irritating) sound only audible to under 20 year olds..... this device is obviously great for removing gangs of teens from outsides of stores etc... his main claim is that the human ear deteriorates with age and the younger ear can only pick up the frequency...

there are a couple of sites around with posts from radio freq engineers that claim this is a fraud...

any thoughts??
