I'm looking for an electronic flow meter with the following specifications, but am not having any luck finding one. Any leads would be appreciated.

Flow range: 3 - 300 ccm
Fluid: Water
Pressure: up to 7500 psig
Temperature: 130 F

The flow meter is part of a portable system for pressure testing heat exchanger tubes. It will be installed in a control box that may be within 5 feet of the pump, and both the box and the pump may be positioned on floor grating; therefore, insensitivity of the meter to vibration is a requirement.

You should do the following:
Search Google or Yahoo with keywords relevant to your product. Contact the companies within the search results anbd ask for thier application or sales engineer for your particular product.
