I have been witnessing hydrostatic pressure tests on ASME/ANSI piping and the test went over the allowable pressure rating for the flange (590 psi on a 150# ANSI flange).
Does anyone know where I can find out if by code the flanges need to be replaced or they can be left and put into service?
