I got an interval thread inspection problem. I had in trouble by Thread plug gage someone tried to be legal that increase torque on plug gage (GO side) to screw into an interval thread. I think that is false but I don't have any idea to challenge with him even I use Pin age. Dose anyone can help me, please?

I believe that when you use a thread gage, you only apply finger tight torque.  I have never seen a torque wrench or other applied to the thread gage.

Plus, after someone has over torqued a thread plug gauge, it would be a good idea if the gauge was re-certified. AND, yes only light finger tight. If the plug gauge does not go to the proper depth with light finger touch the thread has something wrong with it. ... period. Except of course, after the gauge has been abused. .. and is therefore out of certification.

The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
