Edit
: : I'm desperate for this info.: : I'm trying to figure out how large of a fuel line I'll need to run (about 12ft) in order to supply 400bhp worth of fuel at a pressure of 43.5psi. For the sake of this problem lets assume this fuel is being used:: : • Lead: 6 Grams per gallon: : • Motor Octane: 117: : • Specific gravity: .730 at 60° FMore information please...Is the 400 bHP a pump maximum power or a fuel caloric energy content pumped per unit time? And is the 43.5 PSI a differential pressure from end-to-end expected in the 12' pipe or the absolute pressure of the system?
