Defining a surface to be perpendicular to a axis (hole, pin, etc..) is done by establishing the the axis feature as a datum, then specifying the surface as perpendicular to the axis datum.I don't know what a "symmetrical axis of a hole" is... Can you elaborate?: Hello,: I am facing a problem when l need to establish the perpendicularity tolerance of a surface related to an axis.: This is my doubt:: Is it possible to use the symmetrical axis of a hole as reference axis to relate the perpendicularity tolerance to this axis?: This would mean that the perpendicularity tolerance of the surface would be related to the symmetrical axis of the hole.: Thanks a lot,: Esteban
