Class Overview
All in-house GD&T seminars and workshops are oriented to each company’s product line through interviews and surveys. Additionally, every training class participant is administered a confidential pre-training test to determine actual GD&T knowledge level. Engineers Edge trainers are certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) at Senior GDTP.
Based on ASME Y14.5 or ISO 1101 standard. This is an excellent program for developing advanced practical skills and knowledge of GD&T for industry specific applications and technologies. Classes can run from 1 to 5 days or more depending on technology complexity and organization training requirements. All application classes do require that participants have prior training or experience in the interpretation and application of GD&T. All application classes are custom and customer specified.
Engineering Edge does have pre-developed advanced application classes for quality (dimensional measurement), manufacturing, design and engineering.
