Industrial Infrared Oven Application
Infrared oven uses infrared rays to to transmit heat energy to objects within the oven. Infrared rays are transmitted and generated electrically or with infrared producing flames. Infrared heaters are able to transmit significant amounts of heat energy very quickly. Infrared heaters and oven, should be specified for the optimal wavelength relative to the material requiring heating.
Gas type infrared oven burners may be use to produce the infrared heat energy to heat objects within the infrared oven. The burner elements typically heat metal or ceramic materials to very high temperatures. Gas type infrared oven burners are often used to heat very large and heavy objects to process powder coatings.
Electric infrared ovens use electric infrared elements to transmit heat energy the object. The potential and current flows the the electric element, causing the element to heat and transmit energy at a incandescent temperature. Electrical ovens may use use a quartz lamp, quartz tube, and metal sheathed elements infrared heat elements
