Hey Everybody, just joined, because like everyone else, i need help!
I have an application which uses a miniature 1/2" diameter tubular push solenoid in a tight, unventilated area. I have the spec sheet but its says nothing about max operating temp, just specs at 20C. Does anyone out there have any experience with these and how hot they can get before they stop operating correctly. Thanks for your help.

Hmmmm, how does 430C sound?
It makes no sense to me, to ask a question like that without providing the Maker and Model numbers. I have worked with ceramic solenoids designed to work in 430C temps, so, that would be my answer.
Now, if you wish to try again, you may get a more specific answer to a more specific question.
