    Design Jig and Fixture

    I have a thin part to Design. The part is only 0.25 in ch thick and 1 inch length.Theres a slot inside and radius on all four corners. What type of fixture I can use to manufacture such a tiny part.

    A stamping die? You left out a depth, type of material, production volume and other info that goes into a production decision.
