    Removing Ribs from 14g SS Bugle Head Screws

    There are 4 Ribs on the underside of the 14g Bugle Head Batten Screws I wish to use - I want to remove them from a batch of 500 to present a smooth surface instead of the current ribbed surface. Any suggestions of how to do it please.?

    Machine Turn the ribs off is the simplest method. Or --- buy new screws without the ribs...

    Thanks Kelly, Screws without ribs are not available - so in having them Machine Turned off I'll need the services of a contractor with a basic lathe?
