Dear Kelly, thanks I had gone all the links but cant find the torque applicable on thread engagement of 0.35" & 0.47"

Contact your strut nut supplier. I know Unistrut lists recommended torque values on their website. I'm sure other manufacturers do the same.

Unistrut or world known companies only publish the torque value for the Bolts
We have checked the same with online assembly calculators http://www.engineersedge.com/calcula...orque_calc.htm
Its less in proportionate to the thickness but our buyer doesn't agree so need help with your comments
