A project we are working on requires:

Packing of 7 Kalonji Seeds and 2 ml of some liquid
Packing should be easily tear able
Is there any machine that an count exact 7 Kalonji seeds and pack it?
If there is then how many packets can it pack in a minute?

If anyone can help, suggest, recommend something that will be nice.
