Bendable Plastic

Hi,
My first post on this forum, so hello.
I'm looking for a plastic/rubber material, which can bend and retain its shape.
Working on a project which requires these two particular properties.

analogy:
Having a 1/2" piece of pipe and being able to wrap a piece of
bendable plastic which has an approx. dimension of W 3.5mm X Length 10mm X Thickness 1mm.

Any help/suggests would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm familiar with the thermal forming process, and in looking at my original post, I left an important detail out.
I'm looking for a material that's pliable. So we could wrap it around the pipe, and unwrap it.

Why plastic? What are you trying to accomplish?

Like roll-up window shades?
Which shape are you trying to retain, the flat or the cylindrical?

perhaps sheets or rolls of foam tape.
