Does anyone know if push-in fasteners work for threaded holes?

I want to retain 3 wires in a stainless steel vacuum chamber and I want to replace a 1/4-20 screw, zip-tie and zip-tie bracket with a one push-in fastener. The push-in fastener should lower cost, part count and assembly time.
The picture above is for a .312 diameter bind hole. If it works for 1/4-20 thread, then I would not have to change the design of the chamber. Anyone know of push-in fasteners for 1/4-20?
Heat should not be an issue, but a material that does not out-gas or degrade in a vacuum would be optimal. Nylon has been approved, but it out-gasses and absorbs water.
Thanks!

The minor diameter of a .25-20 UNC -2B is Diameter .2070 to .2175. I would see if there is a push-in fastener that works in this range/ I don't see a problem interfacing with a thread feature.
You could request a sample of the push-in's and test on a threaded feature if you are not sure...
