What should be the approximate height of a supply air duct inside a warehouse whose side walls are 6 meters high and racks for storing goods would be 5 meters high. I am more interested in knowing the height if air diffuser grille from FFL is this warehouse. Thanks

Ummmm, you are kidding right?
If the racks can be filled to 5-meters high and the ceiling is 6-meters, then I would be going for at least 5.5-meteres to the grille center-line. Well, unless you only wanted to cool/heat the stuff on the first row of racks.
If that was a serious question, then I fear for the future of Engineering design.
